> ¿What is Ibercaja Directo?
It is a free service Ibercaja offers its customers, through which they can carry out the operations they usually do in their office, by internet, by fixed telephone or mobile WAP or PDA.

> ¿How does Ibercaja Directo work?

You can enter the service through four channels of communication:

    1- Internet: by connecting from www.ibercajadirecto.com or www.ibercaja.es/access to electronic banking. You must identify yourself with your ID without the letter and your 6-digit access key. A transactions menu will open, from which you can choose the option you require. If the operation you are performing means moving money, you must use your 8-digit signature key .

    2- Telephone: by calling 902 11 12 21 ó +34 976 74 88 00 (from abroad). A manager will attend you personally and later, to protect your identity, the automatic system will ask you for the first 3 digits of the access code and 2 random digits of the signature.

    3- WAP Mobile phone: The steps you must follow are: - Seek on your mobile: e-moción /the + useful / Banking and Stockmarket / Banks / Ibercaja or key in: http://wap.ibercaja.es/wap.wml. - Select the operation you want to do from the menu. - If the operation you are performing means moving money, you must use your 8-digit signature key (alphanumerical).

    4- PDA, access must be through the following connection: https://www.ibercajadirecto.com/pda. You must identify yourself with your personal keys.

> ¿LIs the page secure?
Ibercaja Directo Business has advanced, secure systems to guarantee the identity of the customer and their connection to the service and the confidentiality of the data exchanged between them and Ibercaja. All of the information transmitted over the net is ciphered, preventing other people from capturing or repeating the exchanged information .

The Ibercaja Directo server has been certified by an international certifying authority that guarantees that you have actually connected to Ibercaja Directo.

> ¿My access key is memorised each time I enter Internet. How can I delete it?
From "tools", "internet options", in the content tag, you will click on "self-complete" and a new window will be opened where you will activate the option "Usernames and password" and you will click once more on "delete passwords" and finally on "OK".

In this way, each time you access, your access key will not be memorised by default

>My keys have been blocked, what do I have to do?

  • If your access key has been blocked: you must call the Distance Banking service on 902 11 12 21 and after identifying yourself, they will unblock it .
  • If your signature key has been blocked: you must go to your Ibercaja office in person and there it will be unblocked for you.

> I have lost / forgotten my keys, can I ask for others?

You can ask for new keys from your Ibercaja office, where you will be given them immediately and you can change them later at www.ibercajadirecto.com or by telephone .
If the keys are changed by internet, you can change all the characters, and if you do this by telephone, it can only be done partially .

> ¿What is the user identification code and the access key for accessing Internet?

  • The user identification code is your ID without the letter.
  • The access key is the 6-digit key you are given in the envelope of keys along with the signature key.

> ¿What requirements do I have to meet to use the Ibercaja Directo service?

You only have to be a customer with your ID and hold a current account in Ibercaja.

> ¿What are the times of this service?

On 902.11.12.21 you will be attended by a personal manager from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday and on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. except for national public holidays. On Internet you can access 365 days a year and 24/24

> ¿How is it contracted?

  • By completing an Entry form.
  • By calling the Ibercaja Directo distance banking service by telephone: 902 11 12 21.
  • By calling the Commercial Information Service by telephone: 902 11 12 21.
  • In your Ibercaja office

> ¿For what use is the card I am given?

The purpose of the Ibercaja Directo card is to help you pay for purchases and services through Internet in a secure manner.

The card is free, without a chip or magnetic band and exclusive to Ibercaja Directo customers.

> If my card is stolen, how can I block it?

  • By calling 902 11 12 21 or 976 74 88 00 from Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • By calling cashpoints 24/24 on 976 20 10 72.

  Ibercaja Directo Business

 

> ¿What is Ibercaja Directo Business and what can I do with it?

It is a service which under the name of Ibercaja Directo, includes a new, specific version called Business.

In addition to being an agile, simple service, you can:

  • Simplify the management of your files.
  • Immediate contracting.
  • Document consultation.
  • Loan information.
  • Free Service.

> ¿What version is the best one for me ?

You simply have to choose the distance banking option on our web, and choose your version .
on the fold-down to the right. In this way, you will know the Ibercaja Directo Business formula that best adapts to your needs.

> ¿How is it contracted ?

It is contracted in your Ibercaja branch, where you will be given a copy of the contract, the user identification code and the access and signature keys.

> ¿How do I have to identify myself to enter the service?

With the user identification code and the access key

The User Identification Code is the code that is entered to start the session and is formed by 6 numbers and the username, keyed consecutively without spaces.

> ¿My keys have been blocked, what do I have to do?

You have two options.

1- Call the Electronic Banking Servbice from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. from Monday to Friday and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays .
2- Go to your Ibercaja office.

> ¿What minimum computer requirements do I need for access?

The system requirements for optimally browsing in Ibercaja Directo are:

  • PC compatible 486 or higher
  • Browser: Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher, or Netscape 6.0 or higher.
  • Screen resolutions 800x600 pixels.
  • RTC, ISND or cable telephone line.
  • Suitable modem for the line. .
  • Internet connection with any provider.
